End to End Projects

I create training projects and talent development programs from initial analysis to evaluation. I act as a strategist, designer, developer, PM, and/or team lead.

L&D + People Strategy

I consult on people management and HR strategy across the talent management function. This includes areas like onboarding, leadership, communication, change management, etc.

Presentations & Creative

I advise on presentations, slide decks, and facilitation regarding structure, visuals, and speaker notes. I consult on creative, copy, and UX - and can also build the solutions I advocate for.
